On January 4, Redmi, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, is preparing to introduce the Redmi Note 13 series smartphone to India.
The lineup, which debuted in China, initially comprises three 5G-capable smartphones.
Nonetheless, LTE variants have been a topic of discussion for quite some time.
Appuals has now confirmed through a new report that Xiaomi will also release 4G versions of the Redmi Note 13 and Note 13 Pro.
The 4G duo, however, will be introduced exclusively in Europe.
The disclosure also provides the clearest image possible of the two devices, including high-quality renders, specifications, and pricing.
Redmi Note 13 4G and Note 13 Pro 4G Specs
Both devices have a similar appearance from the front, featuring a punch-hole.
Additionally, their specifications are comparable: a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and TUV Rheinland certification for blue light protection.
The Note 13 is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, whereas the Pro model is adorned with Gorilla Glass 5, which is more resistant to scratches.
Both phones have an IP54 rating, which indicates they are resistant to water impacts.
The Redmi Note 13 4G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor, whereas the Pro model is upgraded with a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra chip, potentially an enhanced iteration of the Helio G99. LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.0 storage are paired with both processors, which will operate on MIUI 14, which is based on Android 13.
The camera capabilities of the two phones are marginally distinct once more.
The primary camera on the Redmi Note 13 4G is 108 megapixels with an aperture of f/1.65; the Pro model has a 200-megapixel main camera.
Utilizing Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), both cameras produce images and videos with greater clarity.
A 2MP macro lens and an 8MP wide-angle lens are also utilized in tandem to capture a variety of images.
Both smartphones feature a 16MP camera for taking photographs.
Additionally, the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Note 13 4G both feature a 5000mAh battery.
The Note 13 is capable of 33W rapid charging, whereas the Pro model is capable of 67W rapid charging.
Notably, the Note 13 Pro also incorporates Surge G1 and Surge P1 processors developed by Xiaomi to improve battery management and accelerate charging.

The Redmi Note 13 4G will be available in two storage configurations: 6GB+128GB for €199; or 8GB+256GB for €249. The 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB configurations of the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G will be priced at €349 and €399, respectively.
